Structure.

Placement Fee Summary

Our permanent recruitment fees are calculated as a percentage of the candidate’s annual Cost to Company (CTC) remuneration package once a candidate introduced by us accepts employment with your organisation.

What is included in Cost to Company (CTC)?

The Cost to Company package includes the total guaranteed annual remuneration offered to the candidate, including but not limited to:

  1. Basic salary
  2. Medical aid contributions
  3. Provident or pension fund contributions
  4. UIF contributions
  5. Guaranteed bonuses or commission
  6. Sign-on bonuses
  7. Company vehicle benefits
  8. Equity or guaranteed incentives
  9. Any additional guaranteed remuneration used to secure the candidate’s employment

Permanent Placement Fee Structure

Fees are charged on a sliding scale based on the candidate’s annual Cost to Company package:

  1. R0 – R300,000

13.5%

2. R301,000 – R600,000

15%

3. R600,001 – R999,999

18%

4. R1,000,000+

21%

*All fees are exclusive of VAT.

Deposit Requirement

A non-refundable deposit of R5,000 is required before recruitment services commence.

  • The deposit is credited toward the final placement fee once a candidate is successfully placed.

  • If no placement is made within the agreed timeframe, the deposit may be refunded at our discretion or applied to future recruitment assignments.

Invoicing and Payment

  • An invoice is issued on the candidate’s commencement date.

  • Payment is due within 7 days of invoice receipt.

  • The invoice will include a full breakdown of the placement fee calculation.

Contract Placements (Client as Employer)

  • Where a candidate is placed on a contract basis and the client acts as the employer, the recruitment fee is calculated at:

    21% of the candidate’s annual Cost to Company package
    (calculated over the duration of the contract or a 12 month period, whichever is longer).

    The client assumes responsibility for all statutory employment obligations, including PAYE, UIF, leave, and other applicable benefits.

Placement Guarantee

We offer a 3 month guarantee period on permanent placements.

If a placed candidate’s employment ends within this period due to resignation, misconduct, or poor performance, and the placement fee has been paid in full, the following options apply:

Replacement Candidate


We will source a replacement candidate for the same role, location, and job specification at no additional recruitment fee.

Credit Option

  • If a replacement is not required or the role cannot be filled within 90 days, 25% of the placement fee will be credited toward your next recruitment assignment with us. The credit is valid for 6 months.

  • *Please note that refunds are not provided.

Integrity.

Recruitment Process & Compliance

Our recruitment methodology is designed to be transparent, efficient, and compliant.

We begin by evaluating the vacancy and defining role requirements, followed by job profiling, advertising, and recruitment planning. Candidates are shortlisted through structured screening, profiling, and assessment, with detailed reporting provided to clients.

All checks, including criminal and credit verification where required, are conducted responsibly and in line with regulatory standards.
