Requirements:
-Must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering
-Must be a registered Professional Engineer or Professional Engineering Technologist with ECSA
-Should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer with a focus on Mechanical Building Systems Design including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design experience.
-Must be able to use Revit, AutoCAD, and MEP. Certification is an added advantage.
-Must possess an understanding of project management principles, and must be able to adhere to budget and timelines
-Must have an ability to work within a team focused environment, and should be able to mentor junior staff members
-Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
