A minimum of a B Sc. or B Eng. degree in Civil Engineering.
Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration is required.
A Master’s degree in Pavement Engineering will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role

Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Civil3D, Rubicon, and HDM4

Senior project management experience.

A valid driver’s license is essential.
