• Road Asset Management
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• ECSA Professional Registration as Pr. Eng
• 10 – 15 years of related experiences (Pavement specific knowledge and experience)
• Traffic loading analysis
• HDM-4 Economic Analysis
• Management and mentorship of design teams
• Road Construction (Contracts Engineering)
• Tender Documentation and Evaluations
