Minimum qualification, skills, and experience:
- BSc / BTech in Civil Engineering
- 3 years Professional Registered with SACPCMP
- 10 years’ experience in Construction Management
- Strong supervision and management skills
- Excellent in site/project administration, sub-contractors’ relation and management.
- Proficient in MS projects, MS Office
- Good client relations.
- Tracking of master program and reporting on the program.
- Excellent planning skills – procurement, subcontractors, etc
- Good labour relations and management
- Handle routine contract administration including enforcing site Health and Safety requirements.
- Must have a driving licence and driving experience, own vehicle will be an added advantage.
