Minimum Requirements:

Must have experience in managing MEIPP (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping, and Process) and SMPP (Structural, Mechanical, Piping and Plate work) projects. 

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience 6+ years in construction management, specifically in the MEIPP discipline.
• Proven Experience in managing mining projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical including relevant codes and standards.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of construction professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process.
